Caught e1 last night.

There IS a significant reduction in BS.

Almost none!

YAY.

However, both cars they featured were "rebody" cars.

Cuda with only the roof left and everything else AMD.

Another one where they were pointing out that the core support and firewall from a V code car had been grafted onto a Gran Coupe unibody. The even pointed out the filling in of the rear panel holes where the emblems were different.

Interesting.

...and his daughter is starting to pork up.

I enjoyed the show last night. Besides, where else am I going to get my weekly Mopar fix?

Can’t do that show, too much foolishness, and worm-man needs serious counseling. He belittles everyone around him and talks himself up. Serious self confidence issues there, at a minimum.

Mopars or not, too much baggage comes with that show.

They are now condoning rebodies? I wouldn’t let one in the shop.

Too many people walking around with no sense of humor and a lack of ability to have fun.
Mark acts the dork. It is part of the show. Obviously the schtick works for the most part if the show is starting the 15th season. Who else on this forum has a tv show ?

Sorry kerndog that show is not humorous or fun. It’s like hanging around drunks when you are sober. The cars age great. Mark is a basket case

We all have our limits of what we will put up with and what we will post. Kerndog, your sense of humor has gotten you vacations from many websites more than once. Even with that you are a person with valuable input on threads and better to have around than not.

. I respectfully disagree and I too enjoy the show. I see what Mark is doing and I feel it is all in good fun. He doesn’t use fowl language “much” and I appreciate that about him. His knowledge of these car’s that we all here love is second to none and I usually learn something new each episode.

I did catch the end of an episode last night where he was working on a GSS Demon. He gave props to Eric Walker for giving him pictures of unrestored GSS’s and showed a picture of Eric’s Mr Norms 77 custom van.
I was at a swap meet last weekend talking to Eric and checking out that van in the showroom of Jim Rhineharts dealership.
So that was cool of Mark to mention Eric’s help.

Much better now! Yeah, too much B.S. the 1st season and they have been getting better with age.
Like what was said earlier, Gotta get my Mopar fix somewhere!

I wouldn't try to deny you your opinion. You are not the only one that feels this way. I encounter people that don't react well to my personality but that is a risk I take for being outgoing and outspoken. The same applies to anyone that puts themselves out there.
I am trying to be open minded about issues that are not so one sided so I often include words like I think, it seems, in my opinion, it looks like so that my words express a theme of my own stated view, not that of absolute fact.
It is not a fact that the show is not humorous. That is opinion.
It is a fact that Mopars are featured. I'm certain that we can agree on that.

The schtick sucks as does a lot on the show. But when it comes to the knowledge and information that he does provide, it is quite impressive. For what it's worth...if ya cannot stand the banter but can stay the focus on the MOPAR info and some tech provided, then the show is worth it in the end so that we all...MOPAR folks...can better equip ourselves when it comes to our rides...cr8crshr/Bill:usflag::usflag::usflag:

I DVR it. That way I can fast-forward over the B.S. In my opinion Mark is just hamming it up for the camera. I don’t think he’s being intentionally malicious to anyone.

He doesn’t use foul language because he can’t swear on a TV show like that. That’s one of the basics. Nobody really has a foul mouth on the TV. It is not an R rated movie.

That’s not him being polite or proper.

I rather watch Chris Birdsong on YouTube. Mark has his moments, but I feel Chris is more down to earth, probably because he’s not pretending to be a network star.

We need to bring back Battle of the Network Stars! Today we have Chris Birdsong against Mark Worman and Chris wacks Mark right in the beak with a rusty Charger rear quarter and Worman is down for the count! Lol

I have heard much worse language on most of the other car restoration shows and I’m not sure how you have missed it. The beeps are there but it’s not hard to figure out the word being used. (Dan-Fantomworks). Mark’s use of curse words pail in comparison and I’ve never saw him really upset. There are other shows to watch but not all Mopar. I watch to learn something new and I love Mopar’s. I do sometimes get tired of the other shows with the same build idea’s that include custom everything and huge flashy wheels. (Iron Resurrection, Bitchin’ Rides, Overhaulin’) To each his own. For the record, I watch them all a lot.

I actually met Chris almost a year ago at the Van Nuys Fall fling. Nice guy. I saw him again in the Spring this year. He actually complimented me on my thread I made on this forum about my 5 speed Tremec installation.
He is taller in person than I thought.
