You play?....I do my best to to ride the purple sage highway for 45 yrs now.One of my favorite rock guitarists of all time. Happy Birthday Jimmy, I'll play a few riffs in your honor.
I've been told that I play pretty well, but that was by people that had been drinking heavily LOL. I have a couple of friends that are good guitar players and it's one of the great pleasures of my life to get together with these guys and jam. I usually sit down a couple of times a day and play for my own enjoyment. If somebody is listening to me play that's fine, but I'm not really playing for anyone else but me. Rock on Blade. You play?....I do my best to to ride the purple sage highway for 45 yrs now.

I think their greatest live performances were the BBC sessions. You don't get invited back if you wiff. They played 5 different times in less than 2 yearsI saw Zeppelin in 70 & 72.
Bad nights the both....I mean horrible.
But there is no more Definitive Passage in Rock n Roll than the Break in Heartbreaker,,the Power Chords on the heels of that somewhat sloppy ascending guitar solo.......Top FuckingFuel leaving the Tree......an Immortal Moment. Page is a Genius.
BBC sessions are Great,,,,I've seen live performances where Page & Boyz couldn't do wrong. 1st 3 albums I grew up on.I think their greatest live performances were the BBC sessions. You don't get invited back if you wiff. They played 5 different times in less than 2 years
