I dont have any original wiring in this car so I installed an aftermarket kit. Does anyone know how to wire the fuel guage without using the stock harness and circut board? I have the wiring diagram but its not helping much.

Also, anyone ever use a universal socket/pigtail to illuminate the dash? Again instead of using the circut board.

Thanks,

Fuel gauge is just like any other should get a signal from the sending unit (one wire) and be grounded. Circuit board regulates the voltage and keeps voltage from surging to the factory gauges. After market gauges just use simple sending unit resistance and GOOD ground to operate.
