I have a 1974 road runner here I bought from original owner.Anyways it has door panels that say Sebring plus on them from factory.Orig owner claims they been in car since day he bought it new.Has anybody else ever seen this.?.

My 74 has them but I always doubted that they are original to the car. I assumed that a prior owner/ restoration shop installed them when the car was done over. My car has the black interior.
They look nice and never bothered me so I let them be.

Yep,mine has factory black interior also.Ralley dash with tach, upgraded steering wheel,AM radio, rear speaker,no air conditioning, buckets with no console.Factory TX9 black with white strobe stripe,J45 hood pins, and dual chrome racing mirrors, power disc brakes and no power steering. 360 magnum pistol grip 4spd factory.

KB5 blue with black stripe here.
L code 360 four speed as well.
Current power plant is a 360/380 Magnum Crate.

On Chargers the Brougham interior (I guess the same than Sebring on Plymouth) was tipically (but not part of package ) equipped on SEs, but also found on hardtops. I personally have installed on my Hardtop a white brougham interior coming from a 74 donor. SOOOOO I guess Plymouth could too?

And I specify 74 Hardtop because on 73 you could get an SE hardtop with of course brougham panels. However I can certify I got the interior from a 74 hardtop because the diff lower rear panel for the shoulder belt retractor.

Now, from the same car I also got the front buckets which came with Aztec covers. I never saw personally the car, but a seller from Canada send it to me from a car he parted out. Dunno if it was Rallye thought.

And what dealer’s book says:

SAME WITH BUCKETS VINYL AND CLOTH INTERIOR, just won’t post both images

Dunno if your is cloth or vinyl

And confirming the parts from the donor I got… specifies, optional hardtop code E5

Since the Rallye package was also optional on Hardtops and Coupes, the interior doesn’t determine if it was a Rallye or not.

I must say, never have seen on web (or I can’t recall at least) have seen a 74 hardtop with brougham interior on the web ever, so the setup I got it must be pretty much unique… really weird.

If your RR got cloth, interior code is W5 being coupe

I have 74 Sebring Plus upper panels in my 7 RL21.

They actually say "Sebring Plus" on the emblem, which is the model of the car they came standard in.

It also says in the factory pic above "SSP door panel shown".

Also note the pic is specifically describing the seats.

That would suggest an RR with an upgraded interior would not have that exact panel.

Perhaps they made one without the SSP emblem for that purpose?
