I have 2 main switch controls for power windows (drivers door) The part number on the box is3747288. The date on the dealer invoice is 10-03-79. Does anyone have a link I can look up this part number or knows what this part goes too. I was going to keep 1 for my 71 charger if it will work, if not I will sell both of them when I find out what they are for.

Here's the picture.

That is the same as the one in my '70 GTX It fits most '70 - 74 with power windows Dodge, Plymouth and Chrysler.
This Ebay seller is quite the expert on these. I bought a new one from him as well as a single switch for the pass. door. He also rebuilds them. It might be worth an email to him and I'm sure he would want to buy them from you if you aren't keeping them

I will keep one for my charger. The other one will go up for sale. I tried looking on ebay for a reference for price but couldn't find anything. Did not say how to get ahold of him.

Yep , thats the same switch that was used on most power window applications from the late 60's through the mid 70's . As long as you have a 4 window unit in those years , thats the master switch you would have . Doesn't have any specific application . Thats the same in my 73 New Yorker , 71 Chargers and 72 Roadrunner .

Thanks for the replies. Is there a search engine I can go to so I can match part numbers to what cars they go for?

One on Ebay , reman , for $150 . Good luck .

They will apply to any 1969 - 1974 4 window system . same switch across the board for B , C , and E bodies with P/W's . Haven't seen any A's with P/W applications .

Thanks james, I saw that one after I posted last reply. Not sure if mine are OEM or NOS, but I know They have never been on a car.

NOS sell for up to $300.00. If you want to contact the guy on Ebay, scroll to the bottom of the page, and there you'll see,"ask a question"
