Having trouble with Pic Upload all of a sudden

When I try to search "from computer" it doesn't upload the file anymore... anyone else having this issue?

Have a different issue.
I can only up-load one pic at a time. Use to be able to do 5 at a time.

mine won't even let me load the one... I click on upload file and it's like the words just disappear and nothing ever happens.... maybe the Polar Vortex got them??
