Headlight Relay Harness Instructions

I purchased the headlight relay system from @Crackedback a while back for a 1964 Polara and am just getting around to installing it. I've read in other posts that instructions were included however I can not locate them.

I tried messaging him directly but his inbox is full.

Would anyone be able to email a copy of the installation instructions please. I assume that they are mostly vehicle specific.
