A special shoutout to member Crackedback. I bought one of his headlight relay kits and recently got around to installing it.
It is a perfectly produced product, I cannot begin to emphasis the quality and workmanship that went into making this
The instructions are excellent
My headlights are noticeably more brighter and im very happy that I used his relay kit

Steve, did you switch to Halogens also?
Mike

I agree. The kit from @Crackedback is plug and play, excellent quality, and a big improvement in headlight performance. Also keeps loads off the interior wiring, switches, and bulkhead.

No Mike not yet, that may be in the future. To be honest I have a 100 Amp alternator and # 6 highly stranded wire, plus I just installed a Optima battery. When I tried the headlights I was taken back how bright they were. I used the relay kit more for reducing the amperage going through the switch

I rewired and relayed mine with 12 ga and separate relays for hi and lo beams. Added Halogens at same time so I don't know how much improvement to the sealed beam system I made,
Mike

Relays and H4s, I can see at night with just the low beams!
3496 bulbs for the rear too!
