Headlights not functioning correctly. Help?

So just a few days ago I noticed that when my low beams are turned on, only one side lights up. However, when the high beams are turned on, all the lights work fine. What do you guys think it might be? Here's a few pictures:

Bulbs? Check for power and ground at the bulbs, if power and ground, bulb.. If not, work backwards from there.

Low beam is dual filament, the low one is burnt out. You need a new lamp.
