Hi all

I asked this in the interior section but I probably should of asked it in here instead as its car specific. I'm hoping some one can help decipher the order of the head liner bows in for 68 coronet.

The colours are still visible in the ends, but I've go no idea of the order bar the few that have managed to stay in the old liner.

Can anyone help?

Thanks in advance!

If I remember right start with the shortest one in the front then each one is a little longer with the longest at the rear.Test fit them back in the car without the headliner.

Thanks, I'll lay them out on the weekend and see if I can make sense of it.

except for the 2 black bows at different lengths---that Rick Kreuziger posted

Hi All

Rather then start another thread, I have another question. About the 'Sail Panels' that sit under the head liner.

The 68 Coronet headliner I ordered from year one was actually listed for a 68 Charger as well. I actually thought it was a fk up to start with but I double checked the website and it the correct part according to the website.

The problem is the sail panels don't seam to have a natural fit placement. Can some one tell me if this is the correct way to install them? It seems to be the most natural, but when I see pics of them installed in a charger they look to be flipped around the other way...

Also, do I just contact adhesive them into place?

You can see what I mean about the charger ones here: Its also a good video link on how to install the headliner

Try this short video. This is for '69 roadrunner, but it's informative. The long part of the sail panel goes alongside the tack strip at the top. The way you're holding the panel should be flipped over--it looks like you're holding the driver's side panel on the passenger window.
