heat shield under carpet

Whats the best solution to insulate heat coming through the floorpans? Is it very effective?
What brand and where should I get it?

I used Fat Mat on mine plus aircraft grade insulation. Worked great.

Jborg read this post. I can send more info about the insulation ODZKing and I used. It does work and it's cheap.
