HELP Gauge cluster connection 68 RR

I have a 68 RR that I'm sorting out the electrical from PO. I replaced the tach circuit and gauge circuit boards. Not sure the connector wires for the gauge cluster has the wires in the right order. Can someone double check for me? Doesn't seem right to me. I think it may be off order.
1- orange
2- BLANK
3- brown
4 - purple
5 - gray
6 - blue/light blue
7 - black
8 - blue
9 - green
10 - red
11- BLANK
