Hello everyone,

I just bought a 1964 Belvedere 4dr with a slant 6 225 and a 3 speed manual.

Since the former owner did not use it much, I would like to refresh fluids.
I wonder what to put in the transmission (3 speed manual at column) and the differential.

thank you a lot

85-90 weight gear oil!

thank you,

I found this page in the shop manual, it is said to ATF transmission oil in the 3 speeds. I'm a little confused.

Huh, it says use ATF in a manual gear box or use 90 weight in 'warm weather'. Never seen that before, not that I'm an expert.
