help please , need to find 1973 rr lower control arm bumpers . i cant find them anywhere . does anyone know who sells them ?

Rockauto also had some RAYBESTOS Part # 5551006 says it is for 68-72 RR. I found them under 73 Barracuda they looked the same as the $25 Roseville ones for $6.46. I don`t know if they are exactly what you want but for $6.46 the price don`t hurt

Here a pic of an NOS 74 C-body lower control arm. The rebound bumper is the same as 73-74 B-bodies though.

Nobody makes the "original" rounded style. got a set of prothane ones, 1B04-19-1303-BL, they are not the rounded type, and I have actually seen NOS bump stops that are the same style as the new urethane ones like from prothane. It is possible that this part was superseded by the other style that you commonly see. I was able to recondition a set like what you are looking for and will most likely put those on my car and take the urethane ones off.

If your originals are not cracked, and still securely attached to the metal backing plated, soak them in a de-rusting solution to get all the rust off the bolt and backing plate, dry and repaint the backing plate, then use some '000' steel wool and dawn to clean the rubber, then spray them with a conditioner like aerospace 303 and they will look as good as new!
