I am into a 68'RR project...The gentleman that is doing the paint/body work is asking for Upper and Lower Tie Bars on the core support?

Any ideas what he is referring to?

Thanks,
Eric

Auto Metal direct is showing "K--member" supports for the Radiator Support.

The parts your body guy is referring to are actually the upper and lower radiator supports. Late model parts catalogs usually refer to these items as upper and lower "tie bars", he probably does some collision work, and that's the current terminology for these pieces. The lowers are available separately from AMD, but the upper is serviced with the whole radiator support assembly from them.
