I have a 65 Satellite with 440 and 727. I don't have a NSS on it. I pulled the pan to change trans filter. do not know what 727 I have. The numbers on the case on l side next to the pan rail look like they have been double stamped. There is only 2 cables--1 is spedo cable and the other shift cable from my shifter(it doesn't go into the trans, it is fastened to a shift arm with a cotter key) and the downshift lever. The Finger in my trans has 2 small fingers that seem to be pointed and there seems to be a curved area about 1/2 inch wide and 1 1/2 inch wide(its A flat curve. From the pictures I've seen of 65 finger, it is not a 65. Can anyone help me and let me know what trans I might have so I can get the right NSS or do I have to get another valve body? I need help. Thanks. On 62-65 Mopar site, there is a tech article on 63,64, and 65 Mopar push-button transmission tech tips, it shows a "Manual Lever-Console Shift Torqueffight and a part of this has a forked part(2 fingers) that operate the NSS by depressing the contact with the 2 fingers(1 for park and 1 for neutral.
