help with unkown parts

Can anyone help identify these parts? They were in a box that came with my '66 Sat. The six washers on the bottom feel like they are made of felt.

The arm at the top is for the wipers, bolts to the motor and clips to the linkage. Clips look like extras for the same.

AH, ok thanks guys. I picked up my car as a rolling shell and dozens of boxes of parts so there may be a few more threads like this one lol thanks!
