Looks like Year One's 17" Magnum Wheel https://www.yearone.com/Catalog/wheels/wheels/yearone-magnum-wheels/mopar-magnum-wheels

I think American Racing makes some as do others. Look like 17s

Yeah I also wondered if he meant the Gen 1 or the Gen 2 Charger. I'd agree the Gen 1 looks like it is wearing the Year One 17" shoes. Actually pondering a set of those myself for the Satellite.

I'll add that the quality and appearance, as well as the backspacing of the (front) 8" W x17" dia. @ 4½" backspacing and rear 9" Wx17" dia. @ 5" backspacing REALLY fit well all around on my 70 Roadrunner. The factory-like fit, EVERY dimension you would think of, of a pair of Toyo Proxes TQ drag radials on what was a bone stock rear suspension was, well, "it could have been factory equipment" perfection!
Kudos to Year One for their Rallye and Magnum 17" wheels.
I have a pic somewhere of the factory Rallye steel wheel and one new Y1 aluminum Rallye installed, and man! They REALLY hit the mark for factory style appearance.
I know you are referring to a Magnum look, I am mainly commenting on the fit and quality.
