Hemi wheel option question

I've always thought for the 1970 Road Runners and GTX when the 426 HEMI or 440 6bbl option was ordered, you chould only get them with 15 inch wheels. That would be either plain steel wheels or the 15 inch Rallye. I see lots of pics of HEMI cars with Magnum 500s. For the record, was the 14 inch Magnum 500 wheel avalable on a HEMI car?
