Herb's Parts fuel sending unit - anyone using?

Is anyone using Herb's Parts fuel sending unit? How's the quality and accuracy? I realized I got the wrong sending unit, (I need a single line unit, not two lines) and looked at Herb's. His has a brass float compared to the Spectre plastic-ish float.

Just curious on the quality and accuracy?


KiwiGTX you were right, hooked up the new Spectre unit to test the gas gauge and could only get it to read 3/4 full.

I can't speak of his float unit but he takes care of his customers really well. Anytime I buy from him he is really good to deal with. Have you gone to the Spectre Web site or Quanta site to see the list of parts?
