I'm in the process of restoring my Grandparents 1967 Belvedere 2. My Grandfather ordered it with some special options you do not see every day. I still have the order sheet and delivery check list for it. It has been in our family all its life.

Welcome from NW CT. What a great car and an even better history! Good luck with it and please post more pics!

Welcome from sunny SoCal. Glad you joined FBBO. Have fun with your restoration - it's a beautiful car!

Love the history- welcome from Ohio. Keep us updated. My '68 Bee is original owner also, gotta love it.

Also it looks like you have a 318 engine, one of the best,long-lasting engines ever made.

Wow. That's clean.
I mean what could it possibly need to be restored?

Welcome. Nice car. Very cool to be in the family for it's entire existence

Sweet car. Great story too. Glad it's still in the family. Welcome from Mid-MI.

Welcome. History. Heritage.

Welcome from Canada, Is that a factory 273 four barrel?
It is a long story about the engine. It came from the factory with a 4 barrel cam, 415/425 lift and 10.5 comp pistons but it had a 2 barrel carb on it.How Grand Dad pulled that off know one will ever know. It ran very strong. Grand dad in 1969 thought it needed a little more air, so he put a 4barrel manifold on it with a carter 625cfm carb. I rebuilt the engine a few months ago and replaced the 625 with a 500cfm carb for now. I found quite a few interesting casting numbers on the internal parts when I took it apart.
But that is another story.
