Hi guys, I'm not a great electrician so I have a question: when my low beam is on, the high beam indicator lights up. If I switch on the high beam, the light goes out. Which cables are connected incorrectly?
I have a 1972 Satellite

Thanks for your help

Assuming the wiring is somewhat stock, I would start at the forward light harness bulkhead connector. Verify the violet wire (low beam) is in the #15 cavity and that the red wire (high beam) is in the #14 cavity. If there are signs of modifications having taken place, look for added miss-wired headlight relays.

Es ist nicht mehr der originale Kabelbaum, es gibt keinen bulkhead connector mehr. Relais für die Scheinwerfer sind auch verbaut.

I have that as; "It is no longer the original wiring harness, there is no longer a bulkhead connector. Relays for the headlights are also installed."
Reverse the primary connections at the two relays then.

Thanks, I’ll try that !!
