In my case, fatter & happier. There's nothing like the time-honored tradition of uncinching your belt, undoing the top button of your pants and waddling over to the couch to get horizontal until the digestion process begins.

Actually, we are once again going to spend Thanksgiving at Yosemite National Park. Let me tell you, it is a fantastic way to enjoy a holiday.
