can i fix this hood? someone cut out insert frame

sure it can be fixed, get a crappy dented up cheap doner hood, with a good under side frame, either section it or replace the whole thing... almost anything can be done/fixed, with the right tools & knowledge... and patients... I doubt there are any available replacement/aftermarket hood frames...
