Hood Alignment

My hood has about a 1/2" bow in it. Its hard to tell from the pictures but there is a rise in the edge of the hood about 1/4 of the way back from the front. I hope this makes since.
Anyone now how to straighten it out without messing up the paint?

Looks to me like it might have been bent before, much worse, and someone tried to straighten it. I see them little buckles on the lower edge.

Fixing it might without damage to the paint is going to be a tough one but I would take it to a good body shop and let them take a look and see what they say.
