horn button

need to restore horn button,the red paint coming off. has any body restore one of these. need some help. its on a 65 ply sate. thanks

just took it apart. the red part is'nt paint. it's like a tailight .it has silver ,like on a mirror on top of the red. going to contact a window and mirror shop. back in day, they use to call it resilver a mirror. don't no if they do that anymore or not.
