Here is a picture of what I need, I don't have a picture of the wheel but I can post that later. The adapter and the horn pad.

I was hoping to be able to get both for around $100 or so, is that way too cheap?

I can do it for that. I'll need to know which year and model you want. I have the '67-9 and the '70 adaptors. I have the '69 Barracuda center in blue, green, and black and the Dodge center in blue, green, and tan. I'm out of the Plymouth emblems at the moment.
