horn ring 1967 satellite

Part number 2282187 is the part number for the horn ring in my steering column out of a 1967 satellite. Mine is worn out. Does anyone have one or know where I can get one. I would like to have my horn work and without this part cannot make it work as far as I know. Any suggestions or fixes for this?
