How cool or rare is this?

So, I am in the process of the teardown to restore the GTX. When I got to the glovebox, there was a stack of papers, misc items, but I came across something that I have never seen before. I found this very cool since it is color matched to the car, and does not appear to have been opened.

Is this original to the car? Is this rare? I definitely think it's cool either way.

It was probably something purchased or supplied by the owner although it appears that it’s military surplus based on the printing on the package.
I made up a first aid kit that I kept in my Power Wagon many years ago. I used the truck when I went deer hunting and made up the first kit just in case.

It may have been a dealer “gift” to new car buyers but if there is no printed text as far as a dealers name on the folder then it was probably something purchased or supplied by the owner.

Yes, I was thinking something like this since it does not have any pentastar or chrysler imaging on it that I saw. oh well, still cool to me.
