How do I get this apart?

Need to take the outer horn ring off, does it come off by turning or is it held on by screws. I don’t want to damage it so I’m asking in the hopes someone knows.

Red, I believe their is two screws on the backside of steering wheel ( they are countersunk below back of S/W surface IIRC. Horn ring should come right off.

Yes sir, two Phillips head screws to get the upper ring off then 3 insulated screws through the inner ring. It’s off, part number verified 2405254. Mine is broken and a replacement was needed.

Those 3 screws are for the horn switch.

Yep, took about 5 minutes to take it apart.
