How do you mount the fuse-box 69 RR

My fuse box is just hanging, I know it’s mounted in the glove-compartment, can someone send me a close-up photo so I can see how it’s mounted?

Thanks, Frank from Delaware

I don't have a pic yet but there is a bracket with a screw hole that the box fits in, there is a notch for a one way fit on the bracket. it is on the left side of the glove box

On the fuse harness I see the screw hole it kind of sticks out, but it doesn’t fit into the glove box hole.

This is the best I have....

hello. i mounted my fuse box on the back side of that brace that is vertical ( holds old radio in place ) so i could mount my radio in the glove box. when you get your glove box liner you should see were they boxed around the fuse box in the corner were i put my radio if you want to put it back original. you can see my backside of my old radio

right in the middle of my radio underneath position facing down is one screw hole in the DASH. the fuses point down held in by this one screw. you can only see the fuses by looking under the glovebox not in the glove box. the glovebox liner is boxed around the fusebox so you dont see the fuse box when you look in the glove box. hope this helps.. I cyt that box out so i could mount my radio.

Glove box location, see attached

Is there a bracket that holds the fuse box in; if so where can I get it?
Dave 5237…….Thanks for the pictures but it’s still hard to understand how it mounts into the glove-box.

This is correct, do you see the bracket in the picture holding the fuse box in place? That is all there is to it as it faces a pre cut out in the glove box. If you are missing that bracket then you can either fab on out of sheet metal or look around in some junk yards, I am not sure if that is something you can buy from a web site.

my gtx has the fuse box facing down ( mines a 68 ). I see your glove box has it boxed out on the left side. it is a little different than mine. you might have to make the bracket like bigmanjbmopar said. i dont have a bracket were my old one mounted. i just used the dash bracket to hold my fuse box as you can see in my pic. good luck.

Here's what I came up with

I located it just below the bottom part of the dash using the already established hole for it. My concern was being able to see the fuse box while looking into the car, but you can’t. Sometimes I get a little **** about getting things right with the car. This works out fine easy access w/changing fuses.
Thanks everyone for your help, Frank RR, Delaware
