How to install a Speedometer Gear in 727

I have currently have a coan 727 trans and it came with no speedo gear etc. Looks like there is freeze plug plugging up current hole for speedo gear. Just need some info on how to approach this process of getting a gear to be installed and what i would need to make work. I have a new speedo cable zip tied to frame ready to screw on to trans. Also don't have any speedo components, gaskets, housing clamps, gear, connectors, etc. Thanks for the help!

Housing, clamp, and the gear should be all you need. Just be sure to align the correct mark of the housing to the corrosponding gear. The tooth count will be determined by your rear tire size and gear ratio.
