how to remove blower motor from heater box

remove complete heater box assembly....then you can get to blower motor. A service manual will be your best friend here for this task

and when you put it back together make sure the squirrel cage freely moves before you turn it on. Smoke coming from anything is a bad thing, especially when you just rebuilt the stupid blower motor. As how I know :angryfire:
