How to remove window trim??

Can anyone tell me how to remove this?

I feel like I'm going to destroy it. Little plastic pry tools even seem to bend it?

You need a tool that runs between the glass and trim that pulls the trim locks out.
Looks like this.. Slip it in the groove slide a pointy side in until you catch a lock then you rotate the tool until it releases the trim. There are several trim locks around the window.

Slides in the gap between the glass and trim. Posted a video above for you.
