You should be able to use a heat gun or a hair dryer to soften that up. Once you get it soft,use a plastic squegee to scrape it off. Just be sure to keep it hot while scraping.
i dont know what he was thinking he didnt even repair the small rust holes either before he put that stuff on. any kind of chemical that will softin it.
Did a search and came up with Xylene, MEK, acetone, and a few others. Just be careful. Heat sounds like a good idea. Whatever you choose go easy. Dont want to cause anymore damage. You may want to swing by the previous owners and kick him in the nuts. People that dumb shouldnt breed
good i think i have about 3 gallons xylene . ive know him for a couple years now and i couldnt do that hes a pretty good guy. hes just a little misguided ,
I already made him feel bad enough on some of the stuff he did. like welding on the quaters and not fixing the small holes in the floor and trunk before covering them in u guessd it bedliner . pulled the back bumper and gas tank today so i can start welding every thing on the car.i removed 2 small wasps nest in the trunk got stung by one an hour later:angryfire:
