Is there anything out there (reducer, bushing) that will fit onto a 15" steel rim that will accept a 14" size hub cap? I have some 14" stock 1968 stock Satellite two piece caps never used.
But I have to convert to a 15" wheel for my 66 Satellite.

I bet you mean wheel covers.... but no, I don't know of any.
Hub caps cover the hub, they'll fit any wheel with the right hub.

I don't mean to be a dick, this is just one of my pet peeves.

I think someone here posted a method using a cheap poverty "dog dish" cap. He cut the top off with a cutoff wheel and used adhesive or panelbond to glue the 14" "wheel cover" onto the remaining portion.

Only way I know of , is take a 14 inch wheel , cut it apart , weld the lip that you need to the 15 inch wheel , then you can use the full wheel cover.

A friend use to run 14" Impala hubcaps on his 55 Chevy with 15" wheels. He used silicone to hold them and they lasted for years until I convinced him to get mag wheels and dump those hubcaps
