Hurst shifter oddity

Can anyone help identify a Hurst shifter body that I have?
The body number is 6356 but the Shift rod holes are not round for the bushings
There is on other number that is stamped 0730241M. I have some old Chevy rods that when twisted will fit. But I 'm sure it came off a 67 Coronet A833. Any help?

66 to early 68 mopars did not use hurst shifters, from the factory.
