I got a bad oil leak oil filter adapter

[Black HP2]

I have a 360 in a Cuda it has 340 exhast manifolds with the elbow oil filter adapter I put the big o ring on the engine block then the bolt went through with the cork gasket and gasket on the bolt head and leaks like crazy any ideas what could be wrong?

Pics? O-ring moved. Adapter is not square to block. Adapter is cracked.

Make sure there wasn't an o-ring in the block already when you put the new one on. Don't ask me how I know this can happen.....

You gotta tighten the sh@# out of those to get them to seal real well. I have had the same problem before with all new stuff...tightened it so tight I thought I was gonna break the dam thing and it stopped leaking.
