The originator of the thread in this link is the cheap-*** "arm chair apprasier" in this Moparts forum. He is always telling everyone that the cars in the WIW section that they are worth 1/2 or less of the asking price.

He still has not figured out that the SELLER is the one that controls what something sells for regardless of what buyers might offer. Just because the general economy is off doesn't mean people that have a limited supply product HAVE to sell for less. That is not to say that there are certainly times that a seller may fall on hard times and HAVE to discount something.

My bet is that Best of Show would likely sell the car to anyone else for less than this guys offer if they had a fire sale rather than return his call with an aditude like he has. :tongueflap::rolling::tongueflap::rolling::tongueflap::rolling:

That guy needs to get a life as do a bunch of others on there, was just over there and he is still pissin and moanin about it.

Reading most of the replies to him it looks like he is out numbered there. What a moron! :jerry::jerry::jerry:

Somebody on that post tried to blame the car owner. Stating that he probably had 100k in the restoration. Probably did, so can you blame the guy for trying to get 2/3's of his money back?
