Greeting new mopar freinds, I'm looking forward to being a part of this group, Im about half way restoting a 68 RR hard top that I bought NEW when I was 17!!
Sounds like a great car - not just because it is a '68 hardtop Road Runner, but also because it has been in the family for so long. I am sure it has lots of good memories.
We'd love to see some pictures (both old pictures and current) of the car!
Greetings and Thank all of you and your warm welcome, instead of selling it when the early to mid 70ties I parked it in a nice storage unit and it sat for 25 some years, I will have to put some pic's up It was bult late in 68 that and it is a 2 dr hard top black vinal top tinted windows it also came with the trim package and all black 383 4 speed. The 383 is gone and in its place is a 440 block with the orignal 426 max wedge upper. As we speak it is at a premier body shop and its just about ready to be painted (no Rust) anywhere it has never seen a winter. I am very gratefull to still have it!! I expect I will have it put back together this summer the drive train has been completly rebuilt, I am sparing no exspense to do this I am looking forward to becoming a part of your club Tony
