Great score....some very nice cars in that bundle.

I know, I got everything for $215. I think I'm going back for more. I'm not sure if you saw my related thread about the car parts in her backyard . Pics coming soon.

This should be a wake up call for what is going to happen to our stuff when we are gone. I have tons of it and that's how it is going to go,sold for pennies on the dollar!

True that. Sell it now so the kids don't have to deal with it. Stick the money in your pocket. You may need it as you get older. I need to get busy. I have some farm toys and drag cars I could sell. :lol:

You paid for the Sox & Martin 'Cuda, and got everything else for free. Shame on you for taking advantage of an old widow! LOL.

She set the prices. She even gave me a big hug when I left. I had no idea the S&M car was valuable. She was also giving cars to our Mopar club for free. This is the free one I got.

Since it's Halloween,I believe people like that are called grave robbers!

So her husband kind of went crazy with models. I would say there are still 100 in her basement. The metal signs in the garage are a pot of gold. I've got dibs on a 1971 Scat Pack sign. Lots of die-cast 71 Demons, 2nd gen Barracudas, some Dodge trucks, a ton of '69 Chargers but I've already got about 15 of those. Some early to mid-sixties die-cast I wasn't interested in.

It looks like her husband had a good eye for for cast. Those two Dick Landy cars are $$$, too.

....to buy more whiskey with ...right??? :drinks:

A man can never have too much whiskey.
Well. The toys are in the same basement store room that most of the whiskey is but it won't free up much space. I'm about at my limit though. I need more shelves before I overload the shelves that are full and the whole works ends up on the floor. Not good if that happens.

True that. I’ve made it a point to let my wife and only daughter know what my collectibles are worth so this won’t happen. They both understand the value, it’s up to them if they want to keep them or not if I go out first, but at least they won’t give them away if they choose to sell.

I have told my wife not to sell ANY of my stuff for what I told her I paid for it. LOL.
