Chris Reinhardt must have I'd assume,
"bought/acquired the rights & renamed it XV Racing LLC"
& now producing his own new "redefined" products maybe,
they {XV Motorsports did close} did go out of business a while back...

Glad to see a return of their product, was saving up for front suspension when they folded up
