Here in B.C. that exact argument in court led to a change in the law. Women argued that men could show nipples but women couldn't, so... since 2000 it is legal for women to go topless here, 1996 for Ontario. I have yet to see it happen though.

Ive been to Ibiza and I can tell you clothes are optional. Not surprised at all to see this. She needs to keep up the good work.
