ID gauge blanks

These look like dash gauge blanks. Think they are for a Plymouth. 63 or 64 ?

64 Guage blanks are very plain and maybe 4-1/2"....almost all flat black, at least on Belvedere they are. I think '63's would be large, very large.
No chance that's the back side is it??

Those are 64/65 console blanks where a tach would go if you had one.
