Uk,
Hi, I hope someone can help.
I'm struggling with my ignition leads on the passenger side.
The straight boots are hitting the side and touching on the headers.
I am looking for elbows on both ends 8.5mm
Does anybody know where I can get them pre assembled for my 440 please?
Also, I am looking for the heater blower switch I can't seem to find this either.
Thanks in advance.

If you have a bench vise, the msd universal kit comes with the tool to make them a perfect fit for your car.
That's what I would do.

headers creates all kinds of issues. Why I dont run them

With them the date coded sets are not a good idea

IMO look at Fire Core wires. They have them premade to fit various applications OR He can custom build them any way you want

Forecore is an excellent wire set. He has them to fit the stock looms on muscle cars.

He can build a set to your measurements and specs. Pick the lengths, types of terminals, ends and boots, etc.

I have them on 3 cars. Excellent wires.

I have similar header / spark plug issues. The solution is ceramic boot wires. Accel makes a 9045C set for 440's, but they are pricey, the 9001C kit is a roll-your-own kit to crimp your own. Other companies make ceramic boot wires, check eBay.

Check each boot at the header. Decide if you need straight, 45° or 90°. Then order each of what you need in Taylor Ceramic boots. Spend a little money on the proper tool, and do them yourself. The ceramics won't give you any issue.

"Exact" Reproduction may not be the best choice for headers, since they deviate from factory orientation.

Previous to ceramic boots, I've had great success setting up vintage wire kits on headers using TWO kits, one with the straight boot, a second with the elbow boot. Between the two, I can pick and choose and make a really nice spark plug wire setup in one tune-up session - this makes the cost of both sets well worth it.

I run the fiberglass sleeves also.
I just bought 2 sets of 7mm napa wires to get enough straights and angles for the headers.

My Plymouth was burning boots frequently, ceramic boots were the answer. Two years issue free. I also had my headers thermo coated since then and that lowered the under hood temp quite considerably.
