Finally...I can see the road in my 69RR and at 1/4 the power draw...go figure.

Before the Haters jump on board...this is the resto-mod RR that I'm building which was non-numbers matching when I got it...(I.E. not a number matched anywhere.)

I also bought the sequential LED lights for the rear which I'm installing tonight.

I wouldn't dream of desecrating my original one.

I like them thanks for sharing :headbang:

So what did you do? Install relays? What type of bulbs and how'd you get them to work with our old systems? I want specifics :toothy10:

yeah details on the parts used and where to get them please

OK...

The headlights are simple.

Just type in Halo lights roadrunner on ebay...and you will get something like this:

or this:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/5-3-4-AMBER...=Model:Roadrunner&hash=item35d0880ea7&vxp=mtr

They were very easy to install. I did have to section out the backing plate a little bit...and the headlight trim rings up front were a tight fit...nothing that a dremel wont fix.

Tonight I'm going to install the LED Sequential Taillights. They are also plug and play.

These are even more bad-***...can't wait to put them in....way brighter and way less power usage.

I also have projectors on order that will project the roadrunner emblem on the ground every time that I open either the driver or passanger doors.

Wow these are pretty cool. Do they plug right into the harness??

I'll post a day time pick today.

Yes they do plug right in the existing harness.

And yes they are installed.

Here are a few pictures of the lights installed in the RR.

Check out the little blue light that is in the bottom of the bulb housing. I'm going to replace that blue light with the projector bulbs that I purchased that project the roadrunner image.

The tail lights shipped last Thursday.... So I should be getting them any day.

i don't know yet if cars will be able to see the projected bird as I approach them. (I doubt it) I'm going to have it switched differently so that I can turn it on or off independently of the halo's and the lights.

Thanks for posting! I saw these HID/Halo's on e-bay and was contemplating putting them on my 69 RR. Wasn't sure how they would be "received" by others (Them don't belong on a musclecar!) but F&@% it, it's not their car! I'm definitely putting the LED tail light panels in.

Thanks again and can't wait to see the tail lights installed!

I just got the sequential LED's in the mail.

i will be installing this weekend!

I'm interested in the sequential tail lights too. did you install it?
