To 70 Charger owners globally...

A 1970 Hemi Charger R/T was recently stolen from the Tacoma Washington area in the USA. The car is hard to miss. It is a Plum Crazy hardtop with white interior stripe delete car with the performance hood stripes and "HEMI" callouts.

For more information and pictures check out the thread on the 70 Registry message board

Keep your eyes open for this car.

Regards,
The 1970 Dodge Charger Registry.

Good luck, I hope whom ever lost it gets it back, 70 Charger Hemi car "wow what a loss"... but chances are it's long gone &/or stripped unfortunately...

Any Photos of the Plumb Crazy 70 Charger "Hemi" ??, it could help maybe, any list of exact options & colors, or fender tag or VIN/License #s etc., engine ID or trans ID #'s, since it's on a 70 Charger registry ??, have you posted this over at www.DodgeCharger.com forums, that may help also... again good luck

70 Charger RT "Hemi" Plumb Crazy w/White Interior Photos

Thanks MarPar, here she is in all her purple & Hemi glory... Can't have too much exposure....

Just read on Moparts it has been found and recovered all intact

People still go over to Moparts ??...LOL.... sorry

I generally don't go into Moparts except for the for sale/wantad section. If it weren't for Moparts, I wouldn't have scored the Hemi Charger. So, what's everyone got against them?

Good to hear that it has been recovered. Actually, it got a fair amount of local press when it was stolen. Saw it on local TV news with pics and a short story about the theft. Hope the cops catch the Aholes that stole it.

And you beat me to that '68 Richard. congrats! My search continues...

As soon as I saw that ad, I knew that I had to act on it immediately and I feel very fortunate that it's in my garage & not in yours. :icon_mrgreen:

I just read at newstribune.com that the car was found sunday and no arrests were made. Or at least the police did not find them. There is always the possability they may never be seen or heard from again. Maybe thrown in crater lake chained to a chevy 350. Thats what i would do to 'em.

Whew....

Man that was real close. I don't know what I'd do to the individual or individuals who would do that to me but one thing is for sure they're gonna be in a world of hurt for awhile.:angryfire:
