Indy 440-1 Head Stud Torgue spec

Anyone know what the torgue spec on -1 heads are?
Also if you had a sequence chart that would be great too. In the garage hope to get some help.

I use the factory 70lb/ft spec. 3rd reuse on my Cometics. 15-1 , no issue. Oil on the threads and under the head of the bolt/washer/nut.
