"You don't get something for nothing" by Rush resonated with me since I first heard it in 1976. It didn't get any air play, so unless you bought the 2112 album you probably never heard it (last song B-side).

It simply sums up my philosophy of life: Get off your butt, make things happen, and rely upon yourself to do what needs to be done.
