installing a map light 69 road runner

can one be installed if it did not come with one,what to connect the light wiring harness to,in the dash,i have a light harness with it but not very long,has plugs to connect some where. thanks

Should be a pink 3-way tap on the main dash harness that the G/B light plugs into. Piece of cake.

Maybe a just a singel tap connector be should a PINK wire.

That's a pic of factory wiring going to the map light on a '69 Roadrunner. Yellow is the from the same circuit as the door jam switch, pink is +power with the key on or off and the brown is ground to from/switch to bulb. Hope it helps

I was thinking glove box light for some reason. Propwash has it down.
